Patients with drug cell arthritis rarely present with the classic story of gradual onset headache, jaw claudication or PMR symptoms. The harder ones are the ones that come in with weak and dizzy or fever listed as they're presenting complaint. You can have a substantial number of patients with temporal arthritis or giant cell arthritis having low-grade fevers.
