Is There Disagreement About Explanatory Correctness?
The rules for having a good explanation are understood pretty much the same by all scientists working today and our kind of our, what would you call it well I mean now science is so globalized now it's just science. And so there's a pretty common understanding of what a good scientific explanation is for the purpose of publishing scientific explanations. There still may be various kinds of disagreements about the aesthetic or philosophical or religious merits of various kinds of explanations. But they don't seem to bear on ultimate judgments about explanatory correctness that's my impression.
