How to Take an Issue on Your Own

As a manager, you must do this step, right? We've talked about this before, Michelle, on the podcast. It's really important to show to your manager or someone above you that you have tried to take this on to an extent. Not just the trying kind of trying, but really trying on your own because time is valuable and precious. And then the next thing is what we said, say what you've tried to do.
