How Indian Constitution Protects the Linguistic Rights of Its Citizens
Indian Constitution has a number of articles to protect linguistic rights. Linguistic minorities did not be speaker of one of the 22 languages mentioned in H-Shidul. Article 29 and Article 30 ensure that linguistic minority get to preserve their own language. They also can avail and exercise their right to education in independent India.
