How to Discipline a Low-Stakes Conversation

We tried a few times on low stakes topics okay right so we did not try on lgbtq inclusion right for at first. We've realized that the best thing at this point and that might not be true forever is to not be having a conversation about this. I would now recommend some simple things like perhaps you don't talk to those family members on a Sunday because if they just experienced church they're gonna want to chat about church. Maybe if you call on a Tuesday they're gonna tell you something about their dental appointment or the meeting they had.
