The Unreviewed Reviewer
Hall Day: A new faculty reviewing system was instituted while he was a professor at the University of St. Andrews in Scotland. He says if no one can qualify as a reviewed reviewer, no one reviews or gets reviewed. As Hall Day notes, the university realizing the impossible situation in place, its faculty eventually designated someone as an unreviewed reviewer.
