The Problem With Rent Data
Everybody sets up some type of infrastructure where everybody, let's just say in the UK, has to pass their rent through and then all of a sudden we have this. I think it might become a standard, like if enough of the big guys begin doing it, they'll probably be an easier application for the small though. You can bet if that's just an early adopter doing that that you're large bank sample and then you're mortgage based on that. No, so the problem is, again, it's very unreliable and thin data.
