How to Deal With Stress

Everybody gets stressed, no matter how good you are at de-stressing. We tend to assume that we have way more to do than we actually do because ADHD brains are great at just mentally thinking things. A lot of us can't sift through the cloud of stuff that's floating around our heads and think it's all equally important. And that's common for ADHD brains. So what you have to do is you have to show yourself, give yourself that visual of what you actually have do, of which you actually have to do.
