The He's Distinction in Basque
Basque can be called head final, but it's not strictly head final. It doesn't show any form of leveling out, except in some urban areas. Adjectives on the other hand go after. Except for some adjective like cardinal numbers above three. But that's probably because those adjectives may be simplifications of relative subcloses.
