Beryl Howell overruled the privilege and told at least Jacob and Short that they had to get their asses down there and testify fulsomely. So Trump kind of made a faint toward the DC circuit, but he did not get a favorable panel. I think that it's still ongoing as a dispute over the Millhouses. But being DC, nothing is really secret.
