Is One 80 Good? S 30? That's Good?
If you're seeing forty or better at 60 seconds, that's a great place to be. It's very, very hard to find kind of agreed upon bench marks. So i would much rather an individual start at 20 and go to 30 over the course of six months than an individual who is seen regression or no improvement. That's why i always tell people, start acking that early, and start tracking it often and consistently.
