I think i feel a bit sceptical of the idea that we know the people well enough to be able to tailor things very exactly. The thing i was thinking of us as doing was more like answering direct questions. Rather than saying a whole bunch of things, you're trying to get some sense of the person and then getting them to ask questions. It could be more like, they express an interest in a specific type of area or somethingand you say, like, well, here's something that you might want to consider reading more on that area or something.
