The Dishonesty of the Media

CNN's John Berman says the New York Times' David Brooks is a fake conservative who just happens to agree with the left on everything. "He pretends to be one, but his whole point is to be the whipping boy," he said of Brooks. 'I'm not qualified to give it a legal opinion. I'm not a lawyer.' He added that free speech was more important than nondiscrimination in business decisions.
