We do an initial call before they book us. And we will spend a long time on those calls, like we we always set aside, like an hour and a half to two hours. We'll talk to the couple as long as they want to talk to us. So that's the first call. Then if they decide to book with us, then what we do right away is we'l start a group text message with them.
