If you want to maintain this upper expert sort of position with clients, you need to do the hard work of moving beyond your preferences and your instincts. And it's part of the natural evolution of an expert firm. You should get to this place where once you've been in business long enough, you should be able to talk about the clients' problems and opportunities in a way that your competitors don't have. So that's number four on our list, black box models. Number five? This one really makes me nervous because there's great potential to misuse this one. It's a good idea of confidential data gathering.
