Is It a Reverse Class Room Model?
Mike Tabtwell: I've heard people advocate for a reverse class room model. People will kind of self select what they want to work on, and their coachs job is basically to help them through their own self selected journey. tabtwell: That can work, but of course, it's a tremendous burden on the coach to do that because you basically are turning over control of the class to the students.
