NATO's Africa Policy

Africa is an area of great interest in NATO because of security, migration and economic interests. Yet it has been increasingly mishandled by member states as they have supported dictators across Africa. So this has opened the door wide to actors like Wagner and China. How should NATO adapt when it comes to Africa policy? I think the West should be much more focused on the African continent.
