Imitst. Darpa, the N I H, and the C Ia Darpa

The brain initiative has its public stated purpose, to learn more about the brain and help advance science. But this is also a very expansive initiative that's been going on since 20 13 as when it officially launched. The n i h alone has a four point five billion dollar price tag they're spending on mapping your brain. Would they spent that much money on something that was just to learn how cool science is? In altruism right? Rive: I think there's a lot more that can be said about the brain initiative, but we're getting pretty close to the normal length of this episode.
