What's the Consistency of the Challenges for Teachers?
I really like this job because i feel like a sponge where i'm just soaking up resources and questions from the teachers that i'm talking to every day. And i work with teachers across the country currently on everything from the teachers ind our fellowship programme to our scholarship programme, our virtual mentorship programme. So we're getting an very interesting pulse check on where educators across the country are. But i actually think the struggles that folks are worried about are fairly consistent across the board. I think that's really, really important to think about.
