There's this kind of thing that you'll hear in emergency departments of, oh, you never give the patient with WPW, dentacy. And what they're getting at is if you happen to have a patient coming in who has a known history of Wolf Parkinson white, and they happen to be an AFib. If you gave that patient a denticing and you shut off the AV node, that could potentially remove that competition. That could precipitate ventricular fibrillation.
