How to Be a Successful Interviewer
I've been studying luck for 20 years. Why? I think I just needed something to do. So a friend of mine in the office next door was doing a project on how people end up in certain relationships and careers. And he said, can you be one of the interviewers? And I'm a terrible interviewer. But it's not good when you're trying to do a psychological interview. It doesn't tell us anything about you at all. You go to a casino and your numbers either come up or they don't. That's chance. Luck stuff is kind of different.
