The first T is for testing. If you don't test, you're not likely to be motivated to train at all. After students struggle to actually defend what they believe as Christians, we give an hour and a half or more of role playing. They think this person is actually somebody who holds that worldview. And afterwards when you reveal that they are actually role playing, they are like shocked and relieved. Confident people do not get nasty.
