Nutrition on a D Load?

Some people worry about muscle loss during a d load. In their thinking ocas there's less of a training stimulus. My general approach is to keep nutrition essentially the same on a d Load. There might be some dualized cases where i will, you know, mess around with the coloric intake. But i generally don't mess with it much because i view d loads from like, a very big picture view,. We want to minimize stressers. That includes the training stressers of high volume, high intensity, but it also includes psychological stressers. If we're getting into the jim a couple of times and just doing easy stuff, we shouldn't really have any issue maintaining strength
