I'm for Data Classes Being a Built In

Data classes should just work for IDEs type hints and et cetera. I these kind of classes generally do a better type in team and support like that. The data class keyword could be a first class top level citizen or the data class decorator so that you didn't have to do the import. That seems like a really low risk sort of thing, right? Make it a built in instead of for the module of the standard library.
