Colorado State University: Data Breach Impacts Student and Staff

Colorado State University has confirmed that the Clop ransomware operations stole sensitive personal information on current and former students and employees. The university says the stolen data is from as far back as 2021, possibly earlier meaning that graduates may have been impacted. Bangladesh's e-government computer incident response team or CERT said the data has now been taken down. A popular American and Singaporean tech firm focusing on gaming hardware, selling high quality peripherals, powerful laptops and apparel was also affected by a breach.
