The Risk Factors of a Critical Thinking Faculty Member

I think my main apprehension is the same as any other faculty member when doing something for the first time and to trust your students to be generous. I would include Steve on that he's been a lifeline like I could call Steve when I've had a victory in the classroom or when I've fallen flat on my tail in the classroom so no faculty member is an island. If I didn't have that support systems that when I fall down make a mistake get back up and and ride again.
