The Desperation to Deliver Heavy Weapons to the Ukrainians in Dual Time

I don't think Putin dares to push the nuclear button. I have never ever understood why we have self-imposed restrictions on our weapon deliveries. We should have used a big hammer right from the start. Having said that, I would also stress we should never, ever give in to nuclear blackmail.
