The average church is 20 % smaller post cove the and the larger you are, the greater that percentage is. Smaller churches may be 80 to 90% of where they were post pandemic. The ones that are growing are the ones that are very intentionally reaching out to the community right around the church. That's the secret sauce, is you were planted at a particular address for a reason.
