Spurs or Celtic?

There's a lot of talk up here about who is the bigger club, Spurs or Celtic. Aston Villa came knocking and Poster Koglu answered that they have done more in Europe than Tottenham do. The size of a club should go down to how successful they've been in their competitions. Right now, there isn't a manager on Earth that would turn down if they were Rangers or the Celtic job. I don't know whose fault it is but the Premier League has made it a draw for managers. Even the very best players in the world are coming to England right now.
