What Makes for a Good Teacher, Positive Environment?
Like anything you want to do in life, even when i was in sofor engineering, that was a big thing. You have a big problem you want to solve, you break it down small chunks,. and you do each one, and then you connect them all together. If you're trying to change your habits and terms of sleep, it's lyke, ok, what are one or two things i can slowly change over time? It's like incremental improvements.
