The Power of Participatory Design

I'm a big proponent of participatory design in all its flavors. I think that actually bringing in people whose data is being used and actually not can be really powerful. It could be as simple as some of the work I'm doing at the moment where I'm just calling some of my participants and going, hey, we had this conversation and this is how I've interpreted it. Does that make sense? And then moving forward.
