How My Parents Cultivated My Creativity
I'd always been interested in film since I was in eighth grade. Around seventh grade, I started writing my own movies. My whole intention when making these films was to shock people and specifically shock my teachers. So I would make movies about rape and pedophilia. It wasn't satirical. And I would watch my teachers watching it,. And I'd show them to my parents. But at the same time, they knew that this was going to progress to whatever it was that he would end up doing in his future.
