I was a meditator for years, like twice daily. I still meditate, but I'm not as kind of dutiful about it. And that gave me some, uh, sense of stability and also touching the timeless, right? Like touching some sort of like timeless space that fell through. Well, we've been reading this book, Tara Brock, who's this Buddhist therapist. She has this great thing that we really latched onto, which is, she's said, well, where do you, when your mind is, is too active,. You know, you're struggling with things that haven't happened yet.
