Before COVID, how hard was Princeton Math trying to increase ethnic and gender diversity? So far, it has been mostly gender. The numbers have certainly increased the number of female students. But the pressure obviously has not subsided. "I don't see how this pressure can stop before we reach gender equality," he says.
