How to Build a Viral Product
Don't try and bend the product towards virality just because that's something you want. At the core of the product you have to understand what is the actual problem that customers are trying to solve. Users can smell it when a product is trying to get them to do something that is not really to do with the product. It's incredibly important to understand for the people who are referring. What were they thinking just before they referred why did they do it? And then also do the same with the person that they referred.
