Do the Laws of Physics Exist?

There are things about whose existence there's rarely any debate. Some people deny the reality of abstractions but they also deny anything that's emergent. So we say these things exist in so far as they appear in our deepest explanations of reality. But to do away with them would be to do away even with the best explanation for those particular things.
