The Law of Dependent Origination
Karma is created to our own actions. It's created by instigating others to act. There's a karmic force even when we commend an action. So when somebody does something that's either skillful or un-skillful and we commend it, we are creating that volition which can result in rebirth. Because of those volitions, in those actions, we create the seeds of rebirth because of rebirth. And again decay and death. We go around in this cycle. Some interlocking cycles in this law of dependent origination.
