Comparative Statics in the General Equilibrium Framework
i thought i had some more connections that i made just thinking through the inner logic of it but also i thought it would be good to avoid any misunderstandings so big picture what kind of analysis was i doing through a lot of this last portion of the episode i guess you'd call it comparative statics in the general equilibrium framework. I'm sort of doing it in words and using intuition but if you were going to do it formally and this departs from official australian economics territory we're venturing out into the void of other types of schools of thought here. If you really wanted to be fancy about it you'd be a little bit more careful and you would build in the dynamics directly
