The Inflation of the Bar Exam

There's been great inflation for everybody, basically. The key motivation is wanting to avoid the stigmatization that would result from minorities and large references. In this morning's paper was news that the ABA has put out a proposed rule no longer requiring schools to have applicants take the LSAT or some equivalent test. That again is clearly driven by a misguided effort to make it easier for schools to racially diversify.
