Is There a Way Out?
If china was having massiveurban pollution from cars and gridlock, then instead of continuing to under fund public transportation in chinese cities, now you see a massife investment in that. So maybe it's, maybe it's i kill two birds with one stone scenario. I'm just skeptical that that's the be all an end oall, thats panacea that some people think it is,. And what about the rising division between the wealthy and the rich and the poor?
