Don't default yes. Think realistically how much time it's going to take. Learning a new area of whatever it is you do, you better build that ind if your going to say yes to it. You got to widen down some of the old stuff. It's huge i actually had this happen tome, where I was paid roughly what i get paid for other places but in a subject area that i don't follow. And my judgment there was probably not.
