SRS or stereotactic radio surgery is still an external beam pointed at the brain tumor. CyberKnife might be another name for SBRT, right? There are a lot of different machines as well. DCT I am RT with respiratory gating is just a fancy technique to account for the patient's breathing during radiation. We really just need to know the what, the where and the when of the radiation.
