The Effects of Low Calorie Diets on Body Composition

When you lose weight, there's a ratio of fat loss to lean loss. So basically, what percent of the weight you lost is fat. Now, if you're a bikini model, you're going to eat like 200 grams of protein a day and maybe 50 grams each carbs and fats. You're going to do resistance training every single day. And you're keeping your muscle. There's just no reason not to do that. I also don't like extreme diets with a stop date. Like I'm just gonna fast for a month. I think that's bad. It really wants to be sustainable.
