Getting Back to Running Postpartum

Having a high fear of movement or that sensation of heaviness reduce the chances. Also having more than one child, we found increased the chances of getting back. You maybe have the experience of having gone through the postpartum phase before as well so that might be beneficial in terms of knowing what you need to do. And also being younger, that contributed to returning to the pre-pregnancy running levels.
