I wanted to consolidate that a little bit more especially when the yields are not killer or there's not share price appreciation potential if that makes sense and I've already done that with so SCHD has a dividend yield around 3.44% and I'm looking that's kind of my demarcation line. If you buy a stock in 2020 and the Pepsi code just say keeps raising the dividends well I'm still getting the same dividends on that share price I bought in 2020 as somebody that just bought it today. That's what we're doing is trying to focus on companies that I have exposure of one on like Main Street next our media stag industrial Toronto Dominion algoma steel.
