When we really tune into our senses, there's a kind of vitality that we feel. I do think there is something energizing about things that come to us for our senses. And so it's like, okay, how are you going to do that? You're exactly right. That is either vitality or just turning off temporarily. So kind of a moment of sort of respite. Where I just can sort of set aside whatever I'm working on or worried about or thinking about and transition.
