The Africa of Nomadism
Africa is going through what they call a demographic revolution. The difference between africa and an other continent, especially europe and asia, is that it has been, by an large, sparsely populated. But then population started to grow. And in fact, what is happening in africa to day is something that is like a catching up to where the rest of the world was before africa. If you do not have plans on how to manage this, this population growth comes, of course, te problems.
