The Fear of Loneliness

I was left alone in the void. And it kind of shattered my world view about spirituality and reality basically because before that I thought that reality is unconditional love and God and stuff. When I hear sometimes your message about no self, I also she learned. It's in panic mode because it feels so terrifying. And I just cannot let it go. But you're never far from it. It's already this. It's just the pure sensations in your body. And it's not your body. What do you feel in your body right now? There are just sensations right now.
