When I'm Winding Down, I Have to Take a Break

i rarely feel the need to wind down, but i feel like i should. Because of the societal narrative around it's oga to take a break. If i've had a good day of work, if i have no qualms about kind of stopping the work, then i will have gotten a reasonable amount done.
