So many human beings have come under this delusion that avoiding responsibility is winning. It's actually the opposite. Responsibility increases when you take over the asset that you've invested your money into. There has to be a little bit of, I guess, compassion or empathy for the employer,. The owner of that business needs to make sure his vision is being executed correctly.
